Terms Of Business.
1. Definitions: Company:
Is Dawsons Bakery, Who's office is at Little Tennis Street south Nottingham NG2 4EU
Customer:
Means any person who requests or on behalf of a company undertakes any business or provide advice, information or services and goods.
2. Order And Delivery:
Orders may be placed by letter, E-Mail, telephone or facsimilie and must contain customers official order reference number. Telephone orders must be confirmed in writing with marked confirmation of telephone order. Company reserves the right to deliver part of orders and accept no liability whatsoever to the delay in delivery. Any delivery charge will be notified when the order is placed. All goods and equipment remain the property of Dawsons Bakery until full payment is received. Any claim for damages/shortages of delivery must be made within 2hrs and submitted in by phone or fax and email.
3. Payment Terms:
Payment must be made strictly 30 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise must be specified. It is payable to Dawsons Bakery. Failure to make the paymet on the due date, company shall be entiled to charge 3% interest above basic rate on the overdue amount per month. The company reserves the right to cancel or suspend all trading arrangements at it's discretion for late payment.
4. Return of damaged goods:
Dawsons Bakery will only accept damged/rejected goods when they are returned after agreement by a senior memeber of staff, drivers may return goods for assesment, this does not imply that Dawsons is in agreement that the goods are either damaged or incorrect, this judgement will be made by the Bakery Manager and or a senior member of staff.
